Account Manager

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
If you have a working knowledge of Search Engine Marketing and/or Google Certification for Google Adwords, we’re interested in speaking to you. SearchIgnite is seeking both Junior and Senior level Account Managers responsible for strategic client accounts. These positions will report to the Director of Client Services and are responsible for training clients in the use of the SearchIgnite software and troubleshooting any client related issues.

RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE:

• Acting as primary point-of-contact for Clients
• Managing client requests deciphering, documenting and resolving specific requests
• Troubleshooting product and client issues in co-operation with technical personnel
• On-boarding new clients with Search Ignite technology
• Training clients to use the Search Ignite technology
• Proactively finding new ways to build the client's business and grow accounts
• Mastering and updating clients with search engine changes and how those changes will impact their use of the SearchIgnite technology
• Overseeing all the aspects of providing a positive client experience
• Other responsibilities as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA or BS degree;

Functional QA Specialist

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
SearchIgnite is a web based search engine management solution used by numerous online advertisers and agencies to manage search specific marketing. The offering consists of an administrative interface as well as click / transaction tracking components. SearchIgnite is seeking an individual with a quality assurance background specific to web solutions. The individual will be responsible for setting and executing a thorough test plan to capture errors during our pre-release testing cycle. The roles requires close teamwork with our development and customer service divisions and the individual .

RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE:

• Setup and maintain testing plans for the various components of SearchIgnite
• Coordinate the functional testing phase of the SearchIgnite software development lifecycle
• Maintain consolidated bug / error tracking items during a development cycle to handoff to the development staff
• Investigating / clarifying errors reported through the customer service channel
• Be organized, and forward-thinking to ensure a quick response to rapidly evolving business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years experience in online software testing
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Senior Software Engineer (.Net platform)

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
SearchIgnite is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (.Net platform) for development on our flagship "SearchIgnite" product. In this capacity, s/he will work directly on the architecture and major feature enhancements to our paid listings management products. The position includes actively participating in planning and executing on corporate development plans in a fast paced exciting startup environment.

RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE:

• Work cross-functionally within the organization, including product management, design, project management and sales to deliver quality applications on-schedule.
• Provide day-to-day reporting of development activities along the product plan, and guidance in future product offerings.

DBA

SearchIgnite is seeking an experienced MySQL database administrator for development, administration and support across 360i's contextual marketing products. This position is a key, *hands-on* position with the database engineer involved in the entire product development life-cycle. The development environment will be highly dynamic with iterative product releases supporting multiple web sites that incorporate 360i's contextual marketing offerings.

RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE:

• Define architecture of database tier to provide high performance and availability
• Participate in design, coding, and testing process of database solutions
• Ensure database design is optimized and analyzed to ensure best performance possible
• Scale and tune database tier for highest performance and reliability
• Create and test data migration and backup solutions
• Create and test database health monitoring and diagnostics solutions
• Document and communicate design, changes and impact of changes to fellow developers
• Provide support for production web sites as necessary

RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE:
SearchIgnite utilizes an array of algorithmic optimization tools to enhance on-line media campaigns for our clients. As an Algorithmic Media Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Consulting with clients to match SearchIgnite's technology and tools to their desired business objectives.
• Implementing algorithmic tools on client campaigns.
• Monitoring and reporting on application of algorithmic tools and communicating the results both internally and to clients.
• Writing case studies and campaign overviews to highlight the effects of algorithmic tools on client's campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics preferred.
• A solid foundation in finance, stats or mathematics is a requirement for this position with a demonstrated aptitude for using quantitative methods.
• Candidate should be extremely organized and detail oriented; as this position will require that you have the ability to multi-task and manage the details of multiple online campaigns at the same time.
• This job blends the following skills: strong analytics (statistics and/or finance), extremely detail oriented, strong emphasis on MS Excel, and basic SQL skills.
• Programming experience (C++, C# or VB) is a plus.
